What does it mean?
What are the things that describe a healthy person?:
Well there are the obvious things that you can imagine or think about a healthy person, for example: good shape, doesn´t smoke or drink a lot, eat healthy food.
If you don´t identify yourself with these habits, don´t worry about it. All you need to do is small changes.
I recomend you to make small changes gradually, it mean step by step, every day.
I am going to give you a few small tips that you can do daily to get a big change in your life.
1.- Try to drink 5 o 6 glasses of water per day.
2.- Eat 1 or 2 fruits per day.
3.- Adding a salad with different kinds of vegetables in you meal.
5.- Be positive, believe in yourself.
6.- Keep a balance between your work and leisure.
